Operation Steps

Power Off

• Place three foam pads at the bottom of the printer;

• Lower the heatbed;

• Power off the printer;

• Unplug the power cable;

• Lift one side of the printer and remove the emergency stop button;

• Disconnect the emergency stop button cable;

• Reattach the safety key to the rear panel;

• Reapply the active chamber exhaust stickers.

Disconnect AMS Connections

• Press the pneumatic connector and remove two tubes;

• Press the release button on the back of AMS HT and pull out the tube;

• Press the release button on the back of AMS 2 Pro and remove the tube;

• Hold the plug latch and disconnect two 6-pin cables;

• Reinsert the foam pad into AMS 2 Pro;

Secure the Toolhead and Cable Chain

• Reattach the Z-axis foam pads and push them to the top;

• Install the toolhead cardboard;

• Replace the foam pad above the air filter;

• Move the toolhead backward;

• Place the cable chain fixing foam;

• Insert the cable chain into the foam slot;

• Secure the cable chain and tubes with zip ties;

• Center the zip ties.

Secure the X-axis

• Thread the zip tie through two holes on the frame;

• Route around the X-axis, pull tight, and avoid the belts!

• Push the toolhead left to tighten the zip tie;

• Repeat on the other side: thread the zip tie through the holes, route around the X-axis, and avoid the belts!

Secure the Heatbed and AMS

• Place the lead screw fixing foam pads on both sides;

• Apply stickers as shown to prevent scratches during screw tightening;

• Reinstall the heatbed fixture and tighten 2 screws;

• Tighten the two heatbed fixing screws near the front door.

• Align the screw holes and place the AMS 2 Pro base fixture;

• Tighten 4 screws;

• Place the foam cardboard at the bottom of the accessory box;

• Place the AMS 2 Pro protective foam;

• Insert AMS 2 Pro into the fixture as shown;

• Tighten the fixture screws;

• Install the left fixing part of AMS 2 Pro and lock it in place;

• Tighten the fixing screw;

• Install the right fixing part;

• Tighten the fixing screw;

• Tighten the two front fixing screws;

• Place foam pads on top of AMS 2 Pro;

• Place foam cardboards on the left and right sides above AMS 2 Pro;

• Place AMS HT as shown, ensuring the outlet aligns with the gap in the right foam;

Place the Accessory Box and Top Glass Cover

• Return accessories to the accessory box;

• Cover the cable accessory box with foam;

• Place the accessory box;

• Place three top foam pads;

• Reinstall the top glass cover cardboard;

• Place the top glass cover and secure both sides with tape;

• Cover the front glass door with a protective bag and secure it with tape;

Packing

• Wrap the moisture-proof bag around the four corners of the bottom cardboard. Then, two people lift and place the printer into it;

• Place air cushions around the printer;

• Place the cardboard all the way down;

• Organize accessories in the accessory box;

• Replace the top foam pad and place the accessory box on top;

• Place the outer box and align the four holes on the bottom.

• Install the four box clip fasteners and lock them in place to secure the outer box.
