WiFi Antenna
The WiFi antenna is an electronic component installed in the upper frame cover to enhance wireless network signals.
The WiFi antenna spare part package includes:
- WiFi Antenna
Note: The WiFi antenna for P2S is compatible with the H2D. If you need to replace the P2S WiFi antenna, please refer to Replace P2S WiFi Antenna.
When to Use This Guide
- The WiFi antenna is damaged;
- The WiFi signal is unstable or weak.
Required Tools and Materials
- New WiFi antenna
- H2.0 Allen key

Safety Warning
Before performing any maintenance on the printer and its electronic components (including the toolhead cable), power off the printer and disconnect the power supply to avoid accidental screen touches or short circuits that may cause additional electronic component damage and safety hazards.
When performing maintenance or troubleshooting on the printer, first check the temperature of the hotend and heatbed to avoid operating under high temperature conditions. If operation under high temperature is necessary, wear heat-insulating gloves to ensure safe and effective execution of maintenance work.
Remove the WiFi Antenna
Step 1: Remove the front cover
You can refer to this wiki to remove the front cover. After removing the front cover, you do not need to separate it from the screen.
Replace H2D Front Cover
Step 2: Remove the AP board cover
Use the H2.0 Allen key to unscrew 1 fixing screw (BT2.6x8), then remove the AP board cover from the side near the front door.
Step 3: Remove the LED light cover
Use tweezers or other flat tools to insert into the gap at the top of the light cover, and pry the light cover outward to remove it.
Step 4: Remove the left side panel

Replace H2D Side Panel with Glass Window
Step 5: Remove the WiFi antenna
- Locate the WiFi antenna, and pull it out by clamping the tail end with tweezers.
- Disconnect the WiFi antenna from the AP board, and pull the WiFi antenna out through the small hole in the upper frame.
- Then remove the WiFi antenna from the cable clips and adhesive tape in sequence. Press one side of the white cable clip, then take out the WiFi antenna cable through the gap of the cable clip, and peel the WiFi antenna off the front cover to complete the removal.
Install the New WiFi Antenna
Step 1: Reinstall the WiFi antenna
- Peel off the backing adhesive of the new WiFi antenna, then stick the WiFi antenna back in the original position as a reference, and snap the WiFi antenna cable into the cable clips in sequence.
- Pass the WiFi antenna through the wiring hole of the upper frame and connect it to the AP board.
Step 2: Install the left side panel

Step 3: Reinstall the AP board cover
First snap the AP board cover back from the side near the back of the printer, press the two positions indicated by the arrows into place firmly, ensuring the right side is flush with the filament buffer and the bottom is flush with the cable guard cover, then tighten 1 fixing screw (BT2.6x8) with the H2.0 Allen key.
Step 4: Reinstall the front cover

Step 5: Reinstall the LED light cover
After placing the light cover back in position, press it gently to ensure the clips are securely locked.
Test Functionality
Power on the printer, connect it to the network, and run a speed test to confirm that the function is working properly.
