Note: This page uses the H2D machine as an example. The replacement steps are exactly the same for the H2S and H2C.
Front Door Mounting Kit
Front Door Mounting Kit are related accessories used with the front glass door of the O1 series printer, including:
- hinges*2
- screws*4
- front door installation screws*4
- front door installation silicone*2
- sealing strip*1

When to use
Generally, the front door accessories need to be replaced only when the hinges are deformed. When used on H2D printers, you usually only need to replace the upper and lower hinges, and the magnets and rubber strips do not need to be replaced.

H1.5/2.0 Allen key
Safety warning and Machine state before starting operation
Glass is fragile, so be careful to hold it steady when removing and installing it to prevent it from falling. If there is any damage to the glass, be careful not to hurt your hands.
Remove the Front Door Mounting Kit
Step 1: Remove the front glass door
Use an H2.0 Allen key to remove the four screws that secure the front door, two on the top and two on the bottom. Be careful to hold the front glass door with your hands to prevent it from falling.

Step 2: Remove the door hinge
Unscrew the 2 screws on the upper hinge, remove the door hinge, and do the same with the lower hinge.

Step 3: Remove the left and right silicone strips (optional)
If your silicone strips are not damaged, you do not need to replace it.
You can directly tear off the left and right silicone strips.

Install the Front Door Mounting Kit
Step 1: Install the left and right silicone strips (optional)
If your silicone strips are not damaged, you do not need to replace it.
The left and right silicone strips are different. You can refer to the picture below to distinguish the left and right silicone strips, and then stick the silicone strips to the corresponding positions.

Step 2: Install the door hinge
Align the holes, put in the upper door hinge, tighten the 2 screws, and do the same with the lower hinge

Step 3: Install the front glass door
Align the 4 screw holes on the front door glass with the screw positions on the opener and install them, and hold them steady with your hands. Then screw in 4 front glass door screws one by one.

Verify the Functionality
Visually inspect the appearance to confirm that the screws are not floating; manually open and close the front glass door, and the movement is smooth and the closed position is normal.
