Packing Tips
Proper packaging is the most effective way to avoid shipping damage, as it ensures the safety of your AMS 2 Pro and minimizes unnecessary economic losses.
To ensure safe transport, please use the original packaging whenever possible. If the original packaging material are no longer available, it is recommended to use suitable alternative packaging materials.
To ensure your equipment remains secure during transit, we kindly remind you to:
Check that all screws are tightened, to secure internal components.
Check that all cushioning foam is properly placed, to fully protect the equipment.
Operation Steps
Step 1: Disconnect PTFE Tube and Bambu Bus Cable 6-pin
Press the PTFE tube release button from the back of the AMS 2 Pro to unlock the fitting, then pull the PTFE tube out.
Press the bottom of the cable connector to disconnect the 6-pin cable.

Place Bambu bus cable 6-pin, PTFE tube(185mm*2+225mm*2+900mm*1), spare desiccant (if applicable), instruction manual (if applicable) into packaging bag.
Secure the packaging bag inside the AMS 2 Pro with tape.
Note: If you are returning an AMS 2 Pro Upgrade Kit, please also ensure that all associated components—such as the Hub, Buffer, or Switching Adapter — are included in the package.

Step 2: Install Feeder Unit Protective Foam
Install feeder unit protective foam, and press it down firmly.

Step 3: Install Protective Foam
Place the AMS 2 Pro in the protective bag.
Install the protective foam on both sides of the AMS 2 Pro.

Step 4: Packing
Place the packaged AMS 2 Pro into cardboard box, and then secure the box with tape.
